I would leave a 1 for review, but the front desk lady was nice. When I arrived for my appointment some gentleman sitting at the front desk, I am assuming he was the chiropractor, was EXTREMELY RUDE. He interrupted the receptionist as I was checking in and in a very rude manner asked, “Is this automobile or work accident related” . I responded no, I was handed an ipad and told to fill out the paperwork. I was filling it out at the front desk (NOBODY WAS IN THE PLACE IT WAS EMPTY) and was told to sit down and complete it. I stated I wanted to just stand, and was told I need to sit down, supposedly so other customers could check in…….THERE WAS NOBODY THERE NOR ANY CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. I immediately handed in the ipad, thanked the receptionist and left. I will never return and the reason is the man at the desk, again I am assuming the Chiropractor, was rude and controlling. A very HOSTILE environment. I highly suggest you find alternative chiropractor care, as I did. I recommend Schertz Chiropractic at 210-646-6000, you will receive much better care than here.
